The Love Messenger

Meeting Ann is like walking into a book with multiple chapters, so this is the part of the journey that I will take you on:

My journey has been that of the Lotus, with plenty of mud. As I have found my own ground and stability from the depth of the challenges that my life has offered me, I have stood up to meet and accept my Path. I know how to hold others where they are; our mess is our message. Encouraging and being a true witness and guide, as I have learned to be for myself.

I have been Ann Hayman, which is my maiden name and is the identity and version of me that I was when I walked down one of the first transformational life paths, where I was acutely aware that this life experience was for my spiritual being’s growth. That is the story of how my mother left the planet.

I've been married, I've been widowed, I've been engaged, I'm the mother of a 13-year old and three fur babies. I have been on a path of curiosity, inquiry, and the search for truth, and now I know, that was the search to understand God, for as long as I have memory and consciousness.

My “work” in the world has been helping and supporting people, and forever I have known my heart to be full when I witness others finding peace, ease, healing, growth, and transformation.

In January of 2004 I ended my fifteen-year career in the restaurant business and followed my heart to start my own business combining Bodywork and Doula Services. Through decades of holding space for birth and for healing, I know the beautiful mess that this life is while we are coming home to connection and presence with Self.

The last twenty years have been met with incredible gifts, and as I love to say, many of them came in ugly packaging. I am grateful for all of the events, experiences and expressions of Me.

The last 2 years have been exponentially shifting and transformative as I have allowed this journey to bring me clarity and truth and to be willing to surrender and step on to the Divinely led path.

That is what brought my daughter and I to leave California, on the 7/7/7 portal aka July 7, 2023 and shift our life to Idaho. Of the 22 moves that I’ve made in this lifetime, this transition, though the most complicated, was the easiest.

Since I’ve been settling into this home and community, I have also been stepping into the most aligned and authentic version of myself and have arrived now as:

From here is where I flow. I am excited to curate and produce Sacred Connection, in all of its forms, to witness my team of guides moving in for more teachings and offerings and to watch how this unfolding path will lead me.
