We are almost complete with this 7-week journey of connection and community, and we have created a beautiful container for coming into Harmony and Balance.

• We connect for a 90-minute session where we journey with each Energy Center, as we move up the Chakra ladder, week by week.

• This is a Hybrid class that began on Sunday April 7th and then continued for 6 weeks on Mondays, both via Zoom and in person in the Boise area.
